Role Overview
Wichard Pacific seeks a reliable Warehouse Coordinator to manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, dispatch, inventory control, and coordination of domestic and international shipments. This role is hands-on and well suited to someone who enjoys working in a small team environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and efficiency. Flexibility and ability to handle a diverse range of activities is a must.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming goods from primarily international suppliers
• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time
• Coordinate domestic and international freight, including documentation and carrier liaison
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock locations
• Use ERP system to process orders, shipments, and inventory movements
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safe storage of goods
• Comply with all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) requirements and company procedures
• Assist with stock counts and inventory reconciliations
• Support other team members as required in a small, collaborative team environment
Skills & Experience
• Experience in a warehouse, logistics, shipping and receiving or distribution role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Reasonable level of physical fitness, with the ability to handle large, bulky items safely
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is an advantage
• Knowledge of sailing, marine, or technical hardware products is an advantage
